HOW TO REGISTER: We are so happy you’ve chosen Good Shepherd Preschool! Registering is the first step in becoming a Good Shepherd Preschool family. Please click the link below and fill out an inquiry form. This will put you in our system, ChildPilot. We will “invite” you to create a parent portal. You will need a parent portal to register. - VA SCHOOL ENTRANCE HEALTH FORM: Every student must have the School Entrance Health Form in their file before starting school. It must be completed by the doctor’s office. Click here
- CHILD ID FORM: Prior to starting school, parents must present a birth certificate or passport for each child as proof of child’s identity. Click here

IF CHILD HAS ALLERGIES requiring an EpiPen or Benadryl be kept at school, please have the following forms filled out by your doctor and submitted with the necessary medication:

TUITION & FEES
- REGISTRATION FEE: A non-refundable fee of $150.00 due upon registration.
- MONTHLY TUITION: For convenience, the annual tuition is divided into 9 equal, monthly payments. The tuition INCLUDES the activity fee.
- 2 day classes $285 /month
- 3 day classes $365 /month
- 5 day classes $500 /month
- TUITION DEPOSIT: A tuition deposit, equal to one month’s tuition, is due upon registration and applied to May 2022. This deposit is non-refundable, except for military families who provide proof of out-of-town orders.
- ACTIVITY FEE: We no longer charge an activity fee! This year, we have simplified fees by including the fee in our tuition.
DISCOUNTS: Families may only apply one discount per year, if applicable.

- Active Duty Military Discount = 10%
- Church Member Discount = 10%
- Sibling Discount = 10% discount off the lowest tuition
